Mr. Hewitt has over 20 years of commercial real estate involvement. His significant experience has been in the preparation of real estate appraisals, fair value analyses, and market studies of commercial properties. Past projects encompass a wide variety of property types including office, retail, industrial, multi-family, restaurant, net lease, and special purpose properties. Extensive skill has been attained in office and retail properties.
Prior to appraisal, Mr. Hewitt represented landlords, advised tenants, underwrote mortgages, analyzed acquisitions and assisted in dispositions, all of which add depth and value to his appraisal work.
Mr. Hewitt’s geographic focus is in Minnesota and the Twin Cities metropolitan area. However, Mr. Hewitt has experience in the upper Midwest as well as nationally.
